Hey Shelly, Funny that you say "obsessed" b/c I have been a wee bit myself after reading your post and looking up info on this story. It is impossible to stop watching. So interesting & heartbreaking. They were such "characters" and are so entertaining. Obviously intelligent,talented women- it just seems so hard to grasp that they could end up the way they did. Obviously- there is mental illness that took it's grip- but it is really perplexing. Thanks for the info- I will definitely watch it tomorrow night & we can obsess ( I mean discuss... ) some more. xo-K
I'm going to have to see if I can find that film online somehow since I don't have HBO. I've always wanted to see the original Grey Gardens. Looks fascinating to me.
