We Are All Masterful and Joyful Beings

No matter what your religion, learning to be in the present and less time in worries or judgments is a tool we all could use. I will be joining this class but have to miss the first class. I'm going to my daughters volleyball tournament in California where meditation comes in handy. If you live in the area consider it.

8 Week Course (1 class per week)

Saturday mornings 10:00 am-11:30 am

Starting April 2nd,
Cost $50.00 (includes Book- Meditation, The Great Teacher)

This eight week course available through A.I.B.M.C. and Shane Wilson held at 432 South Temple Street, Mesa, AZ 85204
Would you like to spend more time in Presence and less time lost in worries, fears, judgments, and other negative thoughts and feelings? By following some simple practices, you can master your mind and emotions. You can learn to be happier and more at peace regardless of what is happening in your life.

This course will give you the understanding and tools you need to become free of negativity and suffering and experience the peace, contentment, and joy of your true nature. You can break free from the limitations imposed by your thoughts and live more at peace with life and with yourself. The understandings and tools presented will help you discover who you really are and live as that rather than being tossed to and fro by a negative mind.

This 8-week course has information, exercises, and meditations to help you quiet your mind, dis-identify with it, and move into the present moment where you can experience your true nature, which is at peace with life and contains all the wisdom you need to create a happy and fulfilling life. The key to happiness is not getting something from outside ourselves or even improving ourselves, but connecting with our own source of wisdom, happiness, peace, and contentment.
